Returns and Exchanges

Perzino is an online clothing store that collaborates with Printify and Printful, print-on-demand companies. This means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Due to this production nature, returns and exchanges are not accepted if the customer orders the wrong size or color or simply changes their mind.

Cancellations

Customers can cancel their order within the first 24 hours of placing it. To do so, they must contact our customer support team.

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors

In case of receiving a damaged product or one with a manufacturing error, Perzino offers a free reprint or a refund if contacted within 30 days of product delivery.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the customer’s Perzino account balance, from where they can be withdrawn and transferred back to the original payment method.
  • If the selected billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.
  • If there is an issue affecting multiple products using the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
  • Perzino will not be responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer orders the wrong size or color.
  • In case of a failed delivery, customers can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
  • For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.

Claims and Returns Policy

Claims for defective or damaged products:

  • Must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.
  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Claims deemed an error by Printify or Printful will be covered by them.

Problem Reports:

  • If there is any issue with the products or the order, a problem report must be submitted.

Return Address:

  • The default return address is the Printful or Printify facility.
  • An email notification will be sent when a returned shipment is received.
  • Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
  • If the Printful or Printify return address is not used, the customer is responsible for any returned shipments they receive.

Incorrect Address:

  • If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to the Printful or Printify facility, and the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments:

  • Unclaimed shipments are returned to the Printful or Printify facility, and the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Sealed Product Returns:

  • Printful and Printify do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, for health or hygiene reasons.

Policy Language:

  • This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations.
